  • Excess Cheque Fee (Event), Amount: 8.00. Additional Information: You can request 4 bank cheques for free. An extra 5 free bank cheques are available for progress payments on construction loans. After you have used the free cheques, a fee is payable for each bank cheque requested.
  • Arrears Administration Fee (Event), Amount: 20.00. Additional Information: The bank at its discretion will charge either an Arrears Administration Fee or Default Interest if an event of default in payment occurs.
  • Copy Of Documents Fee (Event), Amount: 35.00. Additional Information: Payable if we are required to obtain a copy of a document, including Mortgage or title search.
